CANCELLATION POLICY

Airboat Adventures, LLC, requires a minimum of 48 hours  advance notice of cancellation.  If you cancel less than 48 hours in advance of your tour time, Airboat Adventures, LLC, reserves the right to charge your credit card the full amount of the tour (number of passengers booked in your party).

Airboat Adventures, LLC, reserves the right to cancel tours in the event of, but not limited to, rain, floods, hurricanes, mechanical breakdowns, closure of roads, and other reasons beyond Airboat Adventures' control.  In the event Airboat Adventures, LLC cancels your tour, you will not be charged anything.  You will also be offered the next available tour at a discounted rate. 

With respect to the weather, we will advise you as to whether to come out or not.  We've gotten very good at using weather.com's radar and forecasts, as well as noaa.gov.  In the winter, the rain is usually short-lived, coinciding with a fast moving cold front.  In the summer, we usually get a thunderstorm every day, and it's rare to cancel due to these. We'd never run a tour in the summer if we let these get in the way!  And, keep in mind, we don't want to go out in miserable conditions any more than you do.
